core:
 * Filter out repeated forms
 * Implement EmbedStream::reset()
 * CairoOutputDev: evict just font faces owned solely by cache.
 * Splash: Rename Yd to Ydown, Xu to Xup, etc.
 * Splash: fix crash in out-of-memory situation.
 * Fix some undefined behaviour situation with forged files
