[poppler] I would like to submit my taxes to Romanian Tax Authority using Evince+poppler via PDF +XFA forms

Hello,

I need to submit tax forms yearly and I would like to fill the PDF form 
using Evince/poppler on Linux.

How can I help to make this happen?

I know this is no easy feet and will probably take a long time.

I created an issue for this:

It has a sample document attached and some instructions.
