[poppler] Poppler Static library for C++ build with msvc 2013

  Hello. I need some help. I have to compile poppler with Visual Studio
2013. Can somebody help me? I must have poppler-cpp as static lib. I tried
propably everything. But nothing work.

BTW I need this to convert pdf to image.
