[poppler] Type 3 fonts to text

Hello,

  I have a PDF that looks like its built with Type3 fonts. When I try
to get a text version of it with pdftotext -layout X.pdf X.txt, the
output is completely garbled. Is this expected? Or should it be able to
export the data?
