-dataurls and -c options in pdftohtml.

Hello, 

Capabilities using the -dataurls option are impressive. Thanks for the 
developments.

For some documents, images are not required.

For some documents fixed formatting is not necessary. Flowed  text 
would be OK.

Can the conversion be performed while omitting images? While allowing 
flowed text?  If either is possible, please explain how the options 
are applied.
