 * cairo: fix issue for images reaching MAX_CAIRO_IMAGE_SIZE
 * Improve rendering in some malformed documents
 * Internal code improvements

glib:
 * add new api to allow selecting annotations to render
 * fix a crash when getting a font description for a free text annotation if it was not set
