The manpage for xdg-email, dated 12/31/2010, references
"http://portland.freedesktop.org/EmailConfig"; this URL (as of Tue Oct 18 2011)
does not work - it dumps out the PHP source text (although most browsers offer
to download it - I had to use links to figure out what was going on), instead
of executing it.
