Hi all,

the last release of xdg-utils on http://portland.freedesktop.org/download/ is
from 2011 and it's 1.1.0-rc1. Currently, the Mageia packaging is based on a
snapshot of the git repository which is a flimsy way of doing things. There
should be new releases in tarballs, in a way that doesn't require the
GNU-Autotools-bootstrapping.

Please release them.
