xdg-open: Add forgotten elif in open_xfce
"elif" command was not used in open_xfce by commit 0d6eebb. A file may be
opened twice using different tools under xfce consequently. Replace "if" by
"elif" in order to fix this issue.
I forgot to merge the patch with this fix initially. I am sorry for
inconveniences.</pre>
