[Portland] Moved the DAPI-Dbus GNOME daemon

Hi,

As requested on the last IRC meeting I moved the Dapi-Dbus GNOME  
daemon into the gnome subdirectory. This was requested from the CVS  
administrators but they seemed to be busy elsewhere.

However, there are a couple of left over directories that will be  
pruned with -P to cvs update that would be nice to get rid of from  
the CVS.

portland/dapi-dbus/data
portland/dapi-dbus/src
portland/dapi-dbus/doc
portland/dapi-dbus/tests
