'xdg-email --attach somefile user at domain' fails for BETA1 of xdg-email, while
'xdg-email --attach /full/path/to/somefile user at domain' succeeds.

Environment: SUSE 10.0/Gnome 2.12.0/Evolution 2.4.0

See tests xdg-email/t.email_attach (fails) vs.
xdg-email/t.email_attach_full_path (passes)

Note also that attachments are hidden until the user attaches a second file. I
am not opening a bug here because I suspect this is more of a bug in Evolution.
