[Portland] Status of xdg-terminal

Hi all,

What is the status of xdg-terminal? If xdg-utils would be released
tomorrow, would it be included? If not, what is missing to make it so?
The sooner this can hit distributions, the sooner this script will
come in the hands of the people who really know how to make it behave
correctly for all kinds of environments. What I mean: if it doesn't
explode, releasing it soon is the best thing that can be done.
