[Portland] ANN: razor-qt 0.3

hi all,

for your information - we just released Razor-qt 0.3, a very lightweight "desktop environment". Our package contains customized xdg-tools scripts (xdg-mime and xdg-open). See portland's mailing list thread "[Portland] xdg-tools in non-DE sessions". Of course we will use upstream scripts when our patches will be merged (if any ;)).

I can expect we will provide more patches for xdg-tools in the future.
