[Portland] Ad-bot Running Wild on Wiki pages

Just a heads up - there appears to be an ad-bot going crazy, creating
garbage pages on the wiki for XdgUtils.  It came to my attention when the
front page was a French article about astrology.

I apologize if this is the wrong place for this notification.
