Hello all,

My name is Corey Burger and I where many hats in the Gnome and Ubuntu
communites. My work is that of a sales drone for Userful, who sell a
Fedora Core 4/Gnome based product. In Ubuntu I am head beekeeper of
Ubuntu Canada, a member of the Documentation team and have done some
marketing as well.

My time is severly limited but I hope to be able to help people by
understanding how the sales process works and what makes people buy a
product, especially one based on free/open source software.
