 BTW: HOWL support will be replaced by Avahi support soon. Avahi is not yet
 ported to Win32. Hence it doesn't make sense to compile Zeroconf support
 on Win32 anymore. It's a feature that will go away in a very short
 timeframe.

 HOWL is dead upstream and a licensing nightmare.
