I brought this to the attention to some folks on #pulseaudio today, they
said this is probably a alsa problem. I can't continue to run this server
like this, it hasn't reproduced yet, but I'm guessing it will after
suspending sometime. I don't have it unloading ALSA at all during the
suspend, I'm just guessing that this is the problem. Is there any way to
 work around this problem?

 Server side: (mpd-0.12.0)
Oct 02 09:35 : PulseAudio output "Trish's Computer" disconnecting due to
 write error: Entity killed

 Client side: (pulseaudio 0.9.5)
alsa-util.c: device doesn't support 44100 Hz, changed to 48000 Hz.
module-alsa-sink.c: snd_pcm_writei() failed: Streams pipe error
protocol-native.c: client sent block for invalid stream.

This happened after a day or so of being up.
After resetting pulseaudio everything worked again. Leads me to believe
this is a pulseaudio bug, but I'm not sure.
