 The PulseAudio server sometimes gets run more than once, causing the
 entire sound system to become very confused; I can't find a specific way
 to repro this, but it usually happens after a hibernate, probably because
 it is spawned by ESD. The PulseAudio server should act similar to Firefox
 - one process per user and trying to execute it again does nothing.
