#82: Persist Volume Settings Per-Sink/Source, Not Just Per-Stream

 Persist the volume settings on sinks and sources across restarts of the
 PulseAudio daemon.  Using the PulseAudio Volume Control, I can drag the
 slidebar to 50%, restart the PulseAudio daemon and the slidebar is back to
 100%.

 While the module-volume-restore and module-match provide for restoring the
 volume for a *specific stream*, I'd like to restore it for the sink/source
 overall.  Perhaps there is a match pattern I can specify to make it apply
 only to the sink/source, that is not documented on the webpage.
