 You have been using the wrong service name. The tcpwrap service names are:

 pulseaudio-native
 pulseaudio-simple
 pulseaudio-cli
 pulseaudio-http
 esound

 Most likely you have been looking for the "pulseaudio-native" service
 name. I have documented this in the wiki:FAQ now.
