Comment:

 paprefs is about exposing some functionality in a very easy way. Exposing
 information about sample rates is not going to help there.

 If you want to change the sampling rate the RTP module is using, than
 please disable RTP in paprefs, edit "default.pa" and configure it there
 manually, passing the proper sampling rate parameters.
