 I cannot use

 `paplay -s tcp4:audiosink.local:4713 file.wav`

 (gives a connection refused) but I can use

 `paplay -s tcp:audiosink.local:4713 file.wav`

 According to ServerStrings I should be able to use both equivalently. I'm
 using pulseaudio-lib 0.9.6 from Fedora 7.
