 That assertion certainly isn't related to this ticket. So this isn't the
 right forum for discussing that particular error.

 PA 0.9.13 still has some issues but it is getting better. The glitch-free
 core of PA post-0.9.10 is still getting it's kinks worked out. Anyway,
 please post on the ML to discuss further as it's not really fair on the
 original reporter to be included in this discussion ;)
