 When I plug in an USB soundcard and then unplug it, padevchooser shows
 only 2 sinks: for RTP multicast and for the USB soundcard I have just
 disconnected - no entry for the built-in Intel soundcard. The interesting
 part is that the device list in PulseAudio Manager is correct and doesn't
 show the disconnected USB soundcard. I think padevchooser has some corner-
 cutting included which also causes the hibernation/suspend issue.
