Comment:

 Sorry, this is a bug in wine, not in PCM. It should not assume that
 there's always a PCM volume control available. At least it should fallback
 to use the Master volume control.

 It makes no sense for our compat layer to provide both Master and PCM
 because they would be essentially the same and thus very confusing.

 Sorry, I cannot fix this in PA, please file a bug for WINE.
