 I have had no luck getting PulseAudio to work with Windows, nor have I had
 any luck finding any tutorials in getting it setup in a Win32 environment.
 I keep seeing that PulseAudio is described as being compatible, but I'm at
 my wits end.

 Is there any chance someone is currently using PulseAudio with Windows and
 they would be willing to describe how to set it up?
