 When SHM is not available (also see #200), pulseaudio will not link
 against librt. However, pulseaudio also uses various timer functions from
 librt, which end up being unresolved.

 The attached (trivial) patch adds a check to make pulseaudio compile on
 systems without shm. Patch is against 0.9.8.
