 Sorry for the rush-comment.
 This hack works ('''attempts''' to spawn daemon) only for the first time.
 The second and every next time I try pactl stat, gives the same results -
 no new process is started and no pulseaudio process exists.
 The only way I managed autospawn to attempt to launch daemon is to start
 pulseaudio manually (no extra cmdline params), SIGINT(CTRL-C) it and ONLY
 THEN pactl stat. This way new process IS launched, but (from strace
 output) gets SIGABRT'ed

 Deleting pid and/or socket file(s) gives no help. SHM is clean.
