 Sure. You have to pass server=<IPADDR> argument when you load the module.

 I usually start {{{pulseaudio -vvv}}} in a terminal then issue a separate
 {{{pactl load-module module-raop-sink sink_name=airtunes server=<IP
 ADDR>}}} command.
