 This is pulseaudio from SVN, revision 2521.

 The assertion is hit not only when changing tracks, but at seemingly
 random too, i.e. in the middle of playing a movie in Totem, also seeking
 sometimes causes it.

 It's not only Gstreamer based apps, I just crashed xine too. This seems to
 be so common problem, that you probably were already aware of this...
