 PA shouldn't die during suspend/resume. If it does it's almost guaranteed
 to be a kernel driver problem.

 Is signal shown when you use pavumeter to monitor the right monitor
 source?

 Are you sure you are outputting to the right device? I see that you have
 configured RTP and a null sink. Could you please disable them, so that
 only one sink is left?
