 Sorry you're Right, i'm Wrong. After some tests maybe i find the problem.
 This bug is related to Gnome-2.22.4.  Exactly system-tools-backends,
 liboobs and gnome-system-tools.

 The gnome-system-tools set by default the root home on /home/root.
 After some google search i find some other people, with other distro, with
 the same problem.
