 Thanks, I didn't know that. Doesn't make me feel more optimistic! I want
 to help. What can I do further? I can fairly easily get the problem to
 happen, so it's reproducible (on my laptop, anyway. My desktop now has the
 same setup minus skype, and no crashes yet).
