 Well I think lennart will need to debug fully, but I suspect it's a corner
 case that is unveiled due to your specific module load and/or the order
 you've loaded them in.

 Can you reproduce using the default.pa module loading script and
 subsequent pacmd calls to set things up the way you need with the
 additional modules?
