 It is currently impossible from the GUI (i.e. paprefs) to choose whether
 pulseaudio should intercept and handle XBell or not. Although
 traditionally XBell is annoying, it is sometimes a desirable feature. The
 user should have the possibility to quickly turn it on / off.
