Comment:

 No sure what language "Dispositivo o risorsa occupata" is. (Italian?) But
 if I translate that correctly it means something like "device is busy",
 right?

 If some other app is blocking access to the audio device PA cannot use it.
 Use "fuser -v /dev/dsp* /dev/snd/*" to find out which process that is.

 Closing now, since this is not bug in PA.
