 Playing a *.wav or radiostream through client amarok or vlc, pulseaudio
 crashes as attached.
 when I play through pa "Sample Cache" its ok.

 Fileserver (192.168.0.99) has not got a sound card.
 Stream is from fileserver to soundcard on applemini (192.168.0.238) where
 esd listens.
 Also I often see that PA's internal memory pool is running over.

 Attached is pulsaudio-vvv, default.pa, daemon.conf
