 When I try to play sound (used test in gnome-sound-properties) across the
 network (tunneled) i hear only crackling.

 Both boxes run ubuntu 8.10 with backported alsa 1.0.18 (didn't work with
 1.0.17) and pulseadio.

 Standard configs enabled tunneling in paprefs.
