 I added '--exit-idle-time=-1' to the daemon command line after reading
 some documentation, including the new release info of 0.9.14.  That
 eliminated the output of the warning.

 It looks like the Fedora team has not yet compiled 0.9.14 for distribution
 in their updates yet.  According to your changelogs for 0.9.14, you may
 have already eliminated this trivial error in the 0.9.14 release of
 PulseAudio.  Can you double-check on your end, in case it is still present
 when Fedora releases their stable updates to their PulseAudio packages?
