When I try to load Youtube, when the videos start playing Firefox 3
crashes. If I run Firefox 3 from the console, I get the following:

I have done a look at existing bugs in the bugtracker, but I can't find
anything.
It looks like this is affecting a large number of people, see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/pulseaudio/+bug/371147
I am happy to work towards whatever is needed to determine what is going
on. I apologise in advance if there is a lack of information, if there is
something that I need to provide then I am more than happy to supply it to
you!
An lspci shows the following for my devices:
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High
Definition Audio Controller (rev 01)
Subsystem: Dell Device 01bd
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 21
Memory at efffc000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
Capabilities: <access denied>
Kernel driver in use: HDA Intel
Kernel modules: snd-hda-intel
00:1c.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) PCI Express
Port 1 (rev 01)
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0
Bus: primary=00, secondary=0b, subordinate=0b, sec-latency=0
Memory behind bridge: efc00000-efcfffff
Capabilities: <access denied>
Kernel driver in use: pcieport-driver
Kernel modules: shpchp
I know that it's been useful for some others, so I've run pulseaudio -vvvv
- I've attached this to the ticket.
