Comment(by coling):

 With the next release of PA + module-device-manager, users are able to
 rename devices as they wish.

 That said I do kindof agree that the devices should be described
 differently if others exist with the same name... shouldn't be too hard to
 cook up such a patch, but I wont do that unless Lennart ACKs it.
