 When playing some flash content from firefox over wlan connection that is
 bad quality pulseaudio often loses connection.

 - This results to sounds disappearing even tough network connection is
 still working (ssh for example stays connected same time).
 - Another problem caused after lost connection is that flash blocks
 firefox from closing. Only solution to close after this is to send kill
 signal for firefox.

 Pulseaudio should notice when connection to server is not working an re-
 establish the connection.
