 Hi,

 I'm not sure if this is the right place.. so I just write everything I
 know.

 Version: pulseaudio 0.9.19 (standard ubuntu karmic)

 Player is Quod Libet, using playbin2.
 I get 100% cpu after some time.. and I can reproducible trigger it with
 seeking around (~15 random seeks and it starts)

 I can stop it by setting gst state to paused for more than about a second.
 If its less than that it immediately goes back to 100%.

 It does not happen with playbin1.
