Comment:

 The point of the profiles stuff is that we can auto-discover them. If that
 does not work right now on all drivers or cards, then the drivers or PA
 need to be fixed. Having a profile editor is certainly counterproductive
 in this area, since it would allow people to create workarounds too
 easily, where we'd rather see a proper fix. Closing.
