 yes.

 The things that are not currently present in such tools are popups, but
 this will be addressed eventually (I've got a branch that adds this
 support as a module, but until pulse integrates nicely with the glib
 mainloop, I'm struggling to accept feedback and actions input (although
 Ubuntu has totally broken this anyway - but it's not going to stop me
 implementing this support - they can go and patch it out of the way)
