 I've noticed a few places where pulseaudio (primary client libraries and
 applications) does not make proper use of TMPDIR (and friends) but instead
 hardcodes "/tmp".  What follows will be a patch to correct one such issue.

 While not intimately familiar with the code, it seems as though pulse core
 already has reasonably well abstracted bits for this, although they don't
 seem to be used consistently.
