Comment:

 pkg-config does not look in /lib/pkgconfig, but only in
 /usr/lib/pkgconfig. Which has nothing to do with PA.

 Please stop using a broken distribution. Or if you do, please ask your
 distributor for help, no us. And if you use some LFS-style crack, then
 please get a life. Thanks.
