 on my amd64 box i get sound distortion when using surround50 or
 surround51. surround40 and stereo work okay[[BR]]
 PA_NO_SIMD=1 fixes the issue[[BR]]
 reverting commit 3d5a572694388008fd4cf522699fc6c431f97325 (svolume_mmx:
 optimize some more) doesn't fix it[[BR]]
