#807: PulseAudio clocks the CPU up to maximum speed on AMD K8 Turion

Comment(by psihozefir):
As I said before, the behaviour is the same when using the default Gentoo
setup, which doesn't include the RTP modules. Also, the CPU usage is low,
7% for all system running with kdm + compositing + many effects enabled.
After I kill pulseaudio, the CPU usage remains the same, but the CPU clock
freqency drops to 800 MHz. (I don't know if pulseaudio is automatically
restarted after I kill it, I'll check this when I get home.)
What I forgot to mention that I'm using the conservative CPUFreq governor.
My CPU steps through 4 CPU Frequencies: 800 MHz, 1.2 GHz, 1.6 GHz and 2
GHz on the fly based on OS needs.
