 I have the same problem with as source OSX Snow Leopard, and target Ubuntu
 Linux Lucid

 The same assertion message.

 Source bitpool settings: 40
 Pulseaudio version: pulseaudio 0.9.21-63-gd3efa-dirty

 There are much people running into this problem, while searching for this
 assertion in Google. So I suggest upgrade it's priority. It's a blocking
 bug, because sound is not working at all and pulseaudio crashes.
